Avenue Q Hits The Road!

Avenue Q is touring and will be in Orlando December 2 - 7, 2008.  The ticket prices range from $107 per person to $122 per person, which means that I will probably not be able to afford to go.

That's retarded. You can see it on broadway for $40.. I would have thought it would be cheaper on the road :(.

That's odd - I would have thought that too. I haven't checked any other city, so I don't know if that's the general road prices, or just the prices for that venue.

Well, I guess for those of us not in NYC, the added travel expense makes the touring prices cheaper ... unfortunately.

Apparently, the reason it's so expensive is because those are the only seats left. The cheap seats got snapped up a long time ago.
