joreth: (Rock Climbing)
OK, here's the deal.  We're planning to see the Holiday Fireworks at Magic Kingdom at 9 PM.  We will enter through the Grand Floridian and walk to the Gasparilla Grill and Games (http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?Restaurant.ID=30).  There is no cover charge or theme park admission to enter. From there we will be having an early supper, cafeteria style at 7:00 PM.  I know it's early, but the crowds fill up fast.  We can eat (or not eat, if you'd prefer) on the dock itself to wait for the show.  If anyone would like to choose a different restaurant, you can visit http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/disneydining.cfm and look under the heading "Grand Floridian" for other restaurants in the immediate vicinity (Narcoosee, which is very expensive, has a private dock from which to view the show).  Then, we'll walk out towards the end of the pier to get a good spot and just hang out until the fireworks begin at 9.   From this vantage point, Disney will pipe out the music that the fireworks are timed to.

It's a pretty good show, especially for free.  If anyone is planning to attend, feel free to let me know so I'll know to keep an eye out for you!  Carpooling can also be arranged.
