Hence, my previously-mentioned frustration :-) I don't think these are poly-specific lessons, I think these are the kinds of tools people need to develop in order to enjoy a full range of healthy, fulfilling relationships period, whether you're talking about a monogamous romantic partner, siblings, parents, friends, or multi-partners.
