*nod* The ability to revive an organ from vitrification is encouraging. I would be more encouraged if the organ in question were the brain.
The results they've had with animals are interesting, and a good indication that they know how to deal with ischemia. But vitrification is a major structural change. Clearly not in the macro-structure of the tissue, but in the molecular structure.
