I'm aware that it exists, and I even mentioned individual firms in the original post. My supposition was about it being a CULTURAL shift. As a culture, we do not view divorce as a collaborative process. It's in all our popular media and all our cultural assumptions. That's the important part, not whether or not some individual organizations are doing it, but how our society views divorce.
