This is actually why I have little to no interest in being a larger part of the atheist/skeptic/etc. community. A vocal chunk of it seems ready to turn on its female members at the drop of a hat, and I'm a lot happier having the option to read or not read about the shitstorms rather than being right in the middle of one.
