I'm sure this is great info for The Woodshed, and perhaps other public dungeons.
Since you include "public play parties" as its own item, along with dungeons and clubs, if I might make a few additions/suggestions.
Where I am, there is no dungeon or club, but there are many groups that put on play parties (in people's homes or rented venues.)
Aside from one club, there is no dress code, or even general state of dress. Barefoot dominants, combat booted slaves, yellow sundresses, and Masters in pajamas are all commonplace. I would recommend for any private-home parties, to ask the host or a previous attendee.
