Exactly! That's why they are now advising doctors to stop prescribing antibiotics "just cuz".
Frankly, I don't like the yeast infections that come with antibiotic use, so that's enough to make me use them only if that's the only treatment for something really nasty (like my damn cough that could be chronic bronchitis, could be pertussis, or could be an opportunistic bacterial infection due to acute bronchitis).
