Are you asking where these arguments took place? If so, every RL situation I've been in when it happened was within the last 2 years, since I did not start pointing out Logical Fallacies in arguments until these last 2 years, so it is only since then that people have tried throwing them back at me in retaliation. In every case, my opponent was in his 30s or older. The arguments took place in different places with different people.
If you are asking where were my opponents when they covered logical fallacies in school, I'm not sure every school taught that. Mine didn't - I learned about them in college but didn't really understand them until I took it upon myself to research them through some of my favorite podcasters, who have Name That Logical Fallacy and similar segments.
