You'll have to make a list and get paternity tests from all potential fathers. Victim of rape or incest? You'll have to provide a police report first. This is just ... wow.  I'm horrified and ... words just fail me here.  The song I Loved Her First starts this idea, but this article just goes way beyond creepy.
