I love Tweetie on my iPhone.. I can fully manage 4 separate Twitter accounts, including receiving DMs, @'s and tracking #s. So easy when not at my laptop.
For your desktop, checkout TweetDeck.. it's the bomb for managing Twitter and really following hashtag conversations. Once I got that.. I really *got* twitter.
