I found your description of the "responsive libido" very interesting. I think that describes the imbalance between me and my ex-husband. He was one of those "6 times a day" kind of guys. In my "natural state" I am more like 1x/week. He was always upset that I didn't initiate sex. I kept trying to explain to him that he never ever let me GET to the point that I would feel like initiating! He didn't get it. One of the reasons why we are now exes.
